"Saturday morning kicking boxing" class - FREE for PLF members and only $5.00 per class for non-members.

New family Taekwondo classes for Shin's Academy. This class will be held in the back half of the large gym. Classes start October 1st, every Monday and Wednesday from 7:30PM to 8:30PM. Adults and children (over 7 years old) are welcome to join.
